Standard Operating Hours
- Every day: 06:00 - 20:00 (SAST)
During these hours, you can book either an express consultation (first available doctor) or choose your last/commonly seen doctor from your dashboard options.
After-Hours Availability

Outside of these hours, the consultation service is closed and the buttons to book a consultation will be greyed out, preventing you from initiating a consultation until 6am the next morning.

You can still log into your Dashboard to:
- Update your profile and medical aid details.
- View past consultations, access documents and notes.
Public Holidays
- Public holidays: 06:00 - 20:00 (SAST)
- Public holiday after-hours consultation fee (06:00 - 20:00): R450.00
- Doctor availability may be more limited.
- If there is any change to hours (e.g., seasonal hours or special closures), it will be communicated via the app and our Help Centre.
After-Hours Consultation Fees
- Saturday to Sunday (14:00 - 20:00): R450.00
- Public holidays (06:00 - 20:00): R450.00
