- A same-day consultation may be available during operating hours when a doctor is available. The doctor must assess you before deciding whether to prescribe. Neither a same-day consultation nor a prescription is guaranteed.
- How can a pharmacy check my prescription?
- The pharmacy should check the prescription’s signature and authenticity separately from its Udok claim status. The QR code shows the prescription’s claim status; it does not prove that the document carries a valid Advanced Electronic Signature.
- Can I choose my pharmacy?
- Yes, you can collect medication from your preferred pharmacy.
