Udok gives you a limited choice when booking a consultation. You can see the first available doctor, or choose from doctors shown on your Dashboard (last seen or commonly seen). There is no separate doctor selection step during the booking flow.
For New Users
If you've never had a consultation on Udok before, you have two options:

Express Consultation
- Click "Start a Consultation" to be seen by the first available doctor.
- This is the fastest way to get medical care.

Commonly Seen Doctor
- On your Dashboard, you'll see a Commonly Seen Doctor section.
- Click "Consult Now" under one of the listed doctors to book directly with them.
For Returning Users
If you've already had consultations on Udok, you'll see more personalised options on your Dashboard:

Express Consultation
- Click "Start a Consultation" to be seen by the first available doctor.

Last Seen Doctor
- In the Last Seen Doctor section, you can choose to book with the doctor you last consulted with.
- This helps ensure continuity of care if you prefer to follow up with the same doctor.
Key Notes
- Doctor choice depends on availability at the time of booking.
- Express consultations connect you to the first available doctor.
- Returning patients can book with their last seen doctor if they are available.
- If you want to avoid a specific doctor, use the Last Seen or Commonly Seen options when they show a different available doctor. Express consults do not allow excluding a specific doctor.
