To register as a patient on Udok you need a valid mobile number, basic personal details, and an ID or passport. Email and medical aid details are optional.

- Mobile number (used for OTP verification)
- Name and surname
- Identification type and number (ID or passport)
- Password you will use to log in

- Email address (if provided, an OTP is sent to email)
- Medical aid details
Notes
- You can register without an email address. Your mobile number is enough to complete registration and verify your account.
