• Virtually, through an online consultation on the Udok platform
• In-person, by logging in to the Udok app, searching for a participating doctor on the Udok platform, and booking an available in-person appointment at the doctor’s physical practice through Udok.

When looking for a doctor on Udok, you can choose from participating doctors based on the consultation options and appointment availability they offer.

Depending on the doctor, you may be able to:

• Consult with them immediately online
• Book an available virtual appointment
• Schedule an available in-person appointment at their practice

Start Online and Continue In Person

In some cases, you may begin with a virtual consultation and later need an in-person examination, assessment, procedure, or follow-up.

Where available, you can continue your care with a doctor who offers in-person consultations from their registered physical practice.

This helps connect your virtual and in-person healthcare journey instead of treating them as two completely separate experiences. A surprisingly sensible development for healthcare software.

Doctors who offer in-person consultations can make appointment slots available through Udok.

You can use the platform to find participating doctors and practices based on their location, services, and available appointment times.
