Getting started with Udok is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to create your account and start your healthcare journey online.
Step 1: Visit the Udok Website
- Go to www.udok.co.za on your web browser.
- On the homepage, click on See a Doctor Now or click on Login button in the top-right corner
- On the Login page, click the Register button in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Provide & Verify Your Details
Fill in the registration step-form, by answering a series of questions. Provide the following details:

Mobile Number
- Once you have provided your mobile number, you will be sent a One Time Pin via SMS, which you will need to enter into the OTP form on the screen.

Email Address (Optional)
- If you provide an email address, you will be sent a One Time Pin via email, which you will need to enter into the OTP form on the screen.

Name & Surname

Identification type and details

Medical Aid details (Optional)

Password (create a secure password that you can remember)
Step 3: You're Ready!
Congratulations-you're now registered!
You can:
- Book a consultation with a healthcare professional.
- Manage your medical history online.
- Access healthcare from the comfort of your home.
