Reset your password in 7 steps:

- Enter the One Time Password sent to the contact method you chose.
- Complete the security checks (date of birth and last consultation year). If you answer incorrectly, your account will be locked for security and you will need to log a support query.
- Set your new password and confirm it.
- Once your password is reset, you will automatically be logged into your account.
