"How to Get Your Lab Results"

Once your pathology or radiology lab results are received from the pathology or radiology lab, your doctor will upload them to your consultation. Here's how you can access them:

1. Receive a Notification

• Once results are uploaded and released, you'll receive a notification in your Notification Centre.
• The Notification Centre is accessed by clicking the blue bell icon in the top right corner of the homepage.
• If you have an unread notification, a red dot will appear on the bell.
• Click the bell to open your notification.

2. Open Your Consultation

• The notification will confirm that lab results have been uploaded, along with your consultation ID.
• Click the notification to be redirected to the consultation chat.
• In the chat, you'll see a button labelled "Pathology results."

3. View or Download Results

• Click the Pathology results button to open a preview of the document.

• At the bottom of the preview, you'll see options to:

  • Download the document to your device.
  • Send the document to an email address or mobile number.

4. Access Results Later

If you don't use the notification link, you can still find your lab results in two other ways:

Option A: Documents Section

• Click Documents from the main menu.
• Results will appear under the "Pathology results" category.

Option B: Consultations Section

• Click Consultations in the main menu.
• Locate the consultation in question.
• Click the arrow icon to preview it.
• Scroll to the bottom where all consultation-related documents are listed.

5. If You Haven't Received Results

• If you haven't received a notification but want to follow up:

  1. Go to the Consultations menu.
  2. Open the consultation preview.
  3. Click View chat.
  4. Ask your doctor for feedback directly in the chat.

Note: If no results have been uploaded, there will be no notification. Always check under your consultation chat if you're waiting for feedback.
