What the R365 consultation includes
- A full virtual consultation with one of our doctors via video or voice.
- Medical advice and answers to your questions.
- A prescription for medication when needed.
- Referral letters to specialists when needed.
- Referral letters for pathology or lab tests when needed.
- A sick note for work or school if required.
- Continuity of care with your visit captured in your medical record.
What is not included
- The cost of any medication (you still pay the pharmacy for prescribed items).

Paying with medical aid
