Welcome to Udok! This quick guide walks you through creating an account and starting your first consultation.
1) Create your account
- Go to the Udok app or web portal and choose Create account.
- Enter your mobile number and confirm it with a one-time password (OTP).
- Add an email address if you want (optional) and confirm it with an OTP.
- Create a strong password you can remember.
2) Verify your details
- Add your full name and ID/passport number.
- Confirm your mobile number (required) and email address if you added one.
- If you have medical aid, keep your member number handy; you can also continue without it.
- Upload a clear photo of your ID if prompted.
3) Start a consultation
- From the dashboard, choose Start consultation.
- Pick the service you need and confirm the payment method.
- Tell us your symptoms so the care team can triage you quickly.
4) Need help?
- If something fails, take a screenshot and use the Support button to open a chat with our team.
