How to Book an Appointment on Udok

Booking an appointment on Udok is quick and easy. You can do this either from your current practice or by searching for a doctor directly.

Option 1: Book via Your Practice

1. From your Patient Dashboard, locate the current practice card.
2. Click on “Practice Details.”
3. You’ll be taken to the Practice page, where all available doctors are listed.
4. Find the doctor you’d like to book with.
5. Click “Book for later.”
6. You’ll be redirected to the booking page showing:

• The doctor’s profile
• Available dates and time slots

7. Select a time slot that suits you.
8. A confirmation pop-up will appear:

• Confirm your booking
• Or search for a different date and time

Option 2: Book by Searching for a Doctor

1. From your Patient Dashboard, click “Book for later.” 2.This will take you to the doctor search page.
2. Use the search bar to find a doctor.
3. Once selected, the doctor’s card will display:

• Available booking dates
• Available time slots
• Click on your preferred time slot.

5. A confirmation pop-up will appear:

• Confirm your booking
• Or search for a different date and time

Need Help Sooner? (Express Consult Option)

If you decide not to book for later, you can start a consultation immediately:

• Look for the next available doctor card
• Click “Consult Now”
• You’ll be connected to the next available doctor for an express consultation

This is the fastest way to receive care without scheduling ahead.
